Do staff need an account?
No. They open a private, expiring link over WhatsApp or email and land straight in their line — no password, no install.
Can the owner see staff conversations?
Yes. Owner visibility is the point, and it’s stated plainly in the terms staff see. Every assigned line rolls up to the owner dashboard.
How does billing work?
Monthly or annual, per number. Flutterwave handles NG/KE/ZA; Stripe handles US/CA/UK. Miss a renewal and you get a 3-day grace window before suspension.
What happens if I cancel?
The number enters grace, then suspends, then releases back to the carrier. You keep full history in your dashboard until release.
